Our Services

We work with entrepreneurs, teams, boards, accelerators, universities and government departments all over the world.
We tailor all of our work to suit your situation and your goals, but broadly speaking, there are four great ways in which we can work together…

Coaching

When you’re choosing a coach, there’s only question that matters:
“Can you make me better?”

That’s what a good coach can do for you – they make you better, and often in ways that surprise you.
We’ve personally experienced this with our own coaches – conversations where a single sentence or question suddenly highlights a path you’d never seen, or helps you remove a long-held stone from your shoe.
Coaches reframe your situation, they prod and they prompt, and they take your side and your best interests, even when you don’t.

We can start with a single call, or a set of six sessions, or a longer arrangement for 8-10 months - depending on your goals.

Some of our clients like to work through a set list of topics over a few months, others would rather bring whatever is on their mind that day.
Together, we can spot problems before they become difficult, break challenges into manageable pieces, unpick the limiting beliefs that aren’t serving you well, and help you articulate what you really want.

Programs

We run accelerator and growth programs for groups of 3 to 45 founders at a time.
Some of these are focused on the Ideation stage, where founders are still deciding on what they want to build, who their customers might be, and what they might want to have on their menus.
Some of these are focused on the Growth stage, where founders are looking for ways to double their revenues, double their profits, without doubling their workloads.
They have a business that is working well enough, but they know it’s nearly ready to go to the next level.

Our programs introduce the best modern business tools, use genuinely interesting worked examples, and let participants learn by applying these techniques for themselves.
Within a few weeks, a team can go from no unified idea all the way through to a professional Shark Tank style pitch that they’re genuinely proud of – and can take to the next level of discussion with funders.

Growth programs are more specialised, with cohorts who are all at the same stage or who are all in the same industry.
These sessions help teams analyse what is fuelling their growth and what is holding them back.

We look at all of your options, then help you run tests and experiments that show you which pathways have the most exciting potential.

Facilitation & Projects

Strategy isn’t about saying “yes” to the good and “no” to the bad, that’s too easy.
Strategy is about saying “no” to good things, in order to say “yes” to the best.
And while that sounds so wise, it’s really hard to do in practice.
Which is why having an external facilitator is so helpful.
A good facilitator keeps you on track, shows you your options, ensures that everyone is heard, and lets you be a participant rather than a referee.

We run strategy days, board retreats, planning workshops, hackathons -  a wide range of sessions that help your team examine lots of ideas and make important trade-off decisions.
You get to spend the sessions working at the right level of intensity – moving at a decent pace, while holding space for the most important conversations to unfold.
No unnecessary formalities, no glossing over difficult decisions.
More importantly, the session will be engaging and the time will go quickly.

Resources & Guides

Evander Strategy creates detailed guides and resources that support your work, without pretending to offer a magical solution that is somehow perfect for everyone.
These are genuinely interesting explainers for notoriously dull topics, using stories and case studies that will resonate with your work.
You can use them as an introduction to our work, our tool and our principles, or as a substitute for trying to take frantic notes in our sessions.

These can be read cover-to-cover or flicked through at your leisure, and are based on what real entrepreneurs consistently use to strengthen their businesses.
